How To Choose A Good Moving Company

Getting your goods moved safely to your new home is a primary concern of anyone settling down in new house or apartment. The movers should be reliable as you will be entrusting them with some of your most expensive possessions and things of sentimental value. With a good company rest assured that your goods will be delivered properly.

Do your research

As with anything else you must do your homework. There are a lot of scams out there and they will easily fool you. Be wary of companies that offer overly cheap rates and services that are too good to be true. Some are not licensed and insured. Although, they may not be scams you will probably not get any compensation in case of an accident or delay. In the worst case you might lose or damage your property.

The best way to choose is through word of mouth recommendations. Websites alone can be misleading.

Show your mover everything you want to move

Another important factor to consider is the associated cost. It is always better to get an estimate for the whole process. Bear in mind that usually the actual cost will usually be higher than estimate. If you are able to get an estimate for the maximum charge it will prevent the movers from increasing the price at their discretion. Make sure you mention all possible obstructions that may add to the moving cost in the new location.

Some packers and movers also offer storage facilities. These allow you to store your goods for a specified amount of time until you are ready to receive them. These will also add to your costs.

Transporting your pets

If you are travelling to a new home far from where you are now, considering professional pet transportation services might be wise. Pets need to travel in comfort and they may be better off at the hands of professional. Of course this may not be a significant factor if it is just a cat or a dog, but it may be problem for larger animals like horses or sensitive animals.

Another factor is the change in climate. If you are travelling between states or cities with contrasting climates your pet might be more comfortable in a specially designed cell than the back of your car.

Consult your veterinary doctor. He may have some recommendations.

Checkout their insurance policy

This is the only way you can be sure that either your goods will be safely delivered or you will be duly compensated in case of an accident.

Gift Suggestions For A Muslim Friend Who’s Getting Married

In truth, for the bride and he groom, their wedding day isn’t just a day of celebrations. It’s the day for which they made endless decisions, and months and months of preparations for. It’s the day for which all that drama broke out, and maybe even a few tears were shed. Excitement and nervousness are probably the biggest emotions felt on that day—apart from love, of course. And this is regardless to what religion the bride and groom follow (or don’t!)
But despite it being so, that day is also one of the most memorable; not only for the bride and groom, but also for their friends and family members.
If one of your Muslim friends is getting married any time soon, and if you’re looking for appropriate gift ideas, then look no further. We’ve got you covered! Here are a few of our wedding gift suggestions.
Wedding candles.
Beautiful, decorative candles make wonderful gifts for any bride and groom. Arabic calligraphic decorative wedding candles, in our opinion, will make the perfect gift for your friends. And this is regardless to whether or not your friend has any Arabic roots. They’re sure to find it exotic. You’ll be able find something to your preference in most Islamic wedding gift shops or websites.
Prayer accessories.
Prayers are a huge part of any practicing Muslim’s life. It’s something most people are taught to perform from a very young age, and something they tend to do until their last moments on Earth. Gifting your friend with a prayer dress, praying mat and perhaps even prayer beads might not seem like a very exciting gift, but trust us when we say it’ll be a thoughtful gift.
Personalized jewelry.
In most cultures and countries, gifting jewelry is not uncommon at all. Depending on how close you are to your friend, and how well you know her, you might consider personalized jewelry as your wedding gift to her. If you feel a name pendant is too common, then add an exotic twist to it by getting her name done in Arabic. Again, this has no relation to whether or not she has any Arabic roots.
Couple mugs.
If you’re not quite close to the bride or the groom, then giving them a too personal wedding gift can be a little awkward. If you’re looking for a slightly less personal gift option, then like with for most couples, a set of couple mugs can be considered a light and fun gift; especially if can find a couple with funny Islamic slogans in it!

A wedding ceremony has lot of subjects that you need to pay your attention, especially about these points, who is going to dress you up and make you look better and all natural if you are the bride? Who is going to offer you the outfits, including you whole team, who will be your florist? Then the cake? Banquet or an outdoor space, if it is outdoor you need to consult few catering companies too.

Then the most importantly, who will be your official photographer in Dubai? Do you have a clear idea about that? Have you seen how they have performed? It is all about making your wedding ceremony an entertaining celebration where everyone can enjoy. So eventually when you think if this whole picture, it is easy for you to draw up a sketch, what do you need, what do you have and what do you need to check for?

Some think that the work load is too much for them, while they have enough in their plates. But planning your own wedding is always joyful and memorable when the time goes on.
